Princy & Eddy Properties Is expanding its operations and strengthening its sales team. We are looking for a results-driven Head of Sales to lead and grow our sales department.
The ideal candidate should be an experienced sales professional with strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills, as well as a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Location: Rivers, Port Harcourt
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve set targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Drive new business development and revenue growth.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Train, motivate, and mentor sales team members.
• Identify new market opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.

Requirements
• Must have 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Must have a Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• He/She must have Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Must have a Strong understanding of the real estate market and customer acquisition strategies.
• Must have a Strategic, ambitious, highly motivated, and target-driven.
