- Conduct collection activities via phone calls (desk collection) to customers
- Handle accounts based on the assigned bucket
- Achieve the assigned collection targets
- Monitor, record, and report collection results regularly
Qualifications
- SSCE, BSc, Diploma, HND Certification
- 0 – 2 years of experience.
Salary
N120,000 – N220,000 monthly.

Job Title: Collection Quality Assurance Officer

Job Summary
- The Collection Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of collection activities to ensure that Collection Officers comply with the Bank’s policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and customer service standards.
- The role involves reviewing collection calls and customer interactions, identifying process violations, assessing staff performance, and recommending corrective actions to improve recovery rates, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND qualifiaction with 2 – 4 years of experience.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / month.
