Role Description
- The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Abuja, responsible for overseeing the bank’s financial strategy, planning, and performance.
- The CFO will manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
- This role includes monitoring liquidity, capital adequacy, and risk exposures, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory financial requirements.
- The CFO will partner with the executive team on strategic initiatives, support investor and stakeholder relations, and lead the finance team in developing robust controls, systems, and processes to sustain growth and profitability.

Qualifications
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA, and a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field are highly desirable.

- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial information.

Job Title: Head of Treasury
Location: Abuja
Role Description
- The Head of Treasury is a full-time, on-site role based in Abuja, responsible for leading and overseeing the bank’s treasury function.
- This role manages daily liquidity and cash flow, optimizes funding sources, and ensures effective deployment of surplus funds in line with regulatory requirements and the bank’s risk appetite.
- The Head of Treasury will develop and implement treasury strategies, including hedging and investment policies, while monitoring market trends, interest rates, and foreign exchange movements to support business decisions.
