The Nigerian  Air Force is the  air branch of the Nigerian Armed Forces. It is one of the largest in Africa, consisting of about 15,000 personnel and aircraft including 8 Chinese Chengdu F-7s, 13 Dassault-Dornier Alpha Jets, Helicopter gunships, armed attack drones and  military transport aircraft.

We are recruiting suitable candidates to fill the following positions below:

1.) Tradesman / Woman

Location:Nigeria

Eligibility

  • Applicants must be Nigerian citizens by birth.
  • Applicants must not be less than 1.66m tall for males and not less than 1.63m tall for females.
  • Applicants must be medically, physically and psychologically fit and must meet the Nigerian Air Force medical and employment standards.
  • Applicants with ND/NCE must have possessed at least lower credit from accredited institutions and must possess a minimum of 5 credits, including Mathematics and English, in not more than 2 sittings in WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB/NBAIS.
  • Applicants applying as drivers and other trades that require Trade Test must possesses a minimum of 5 credits, including Mathematics and English, in not more than 2 sittings in WAECNECO/GCE/NABTEB/NBAIS addition to their Trade Test certificate and a valid driving licence for drivers.in
  • In addition to the 5 credits requirements in SSCE, applicants applying as sportsmen/women are to present evidence of their professional sporting experience, which should include certificates and medals.

Upon the successful completion of their application, applicants should print out the underlisted documents:

  • Acknowledgement Form
  • Parent/Guardians Consent Form.
  • Local Government Area Attestation Form To be signed only by one of the following:
    • Mitary officer from the same State as the applicant and not below the rank of Wing Commander in the Nigerian Air Force or the equivalent ranks in the Nigerian Army and Nigerian Navy.
    • Police officer of the rank of Chief Superintendent of Police and above.
    • Substantive Local Government Chairman/Secretaries.
    • Magistrates from applicants’ state of origin. The Local Government Area Attestation Form must be accompanied by the passport photograph and photocopy of the signees Drivers Licence or National ID Card or International Passport

2.) Non Tradesman / Woman

Location:Nigeria

Eligibility

  • Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 22 years by 1 March 2027.
  • Applicants must possess a minimum of 5 credits, including Mathematics and English Language, in not more than 2 sittings in WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB/NBAIS.
  • In addition, applicants are required to possess Primary School Certificates and Secondary School Testimonials.
  • Applicants must be free of any previous conviction(s) on criminal grounds by a court of law.
