Job Description

This is an opportunity for young professionals looking to build a career insales, hospitality, customer relations, and business developmentwithin a premium residential hospitality environment
As a Residence Sales Graduate Trainee, you will support the team in generating enquiries, converting prospective guests into bookings, and building lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Handle apartment enquiries across phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Follow up with prospective and existing guests to convert enquiries into bookings.
Support efforts to increase occupancy, repeat bookings, and customer referrals.
Assist withcorporate, group, walk-in, and long-staybooking opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, bookings, and customer interactions.
Work closely with the Operations and Front Office teamsto ensure an excellent guest experience.
Support sales campaigns, networking activities, and other business development initiatives.
Work with the Marketing Team to generate leads, increase bookings, and improve customer retention.
Prepare and contribute to sales reports.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 per month.
