Job Title: Process Supervisor
Location:Sagamu, Ogun
Purpose
- To supervise and control pasta processing operations—covering dough preparation, extrusion, drying, and stabilization to ensure consistent product quality, optimal process efficiency, and compliance with safety and GMP standards
The Job
- Supervise daily processing activities across mixing, extrusion, drying, and product transfer stages.
- Monitor and control critical process parameters (temperature, moisture, pressure, line speed) to ensure compliance with set standards.
- Lead and coordinate Process Operators, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to SOPs and shift targets.
- Troubleshoot process issues and coordinate with Maintenance for timely resolution of major faults.
- Ensure strict adherence to GMP, hygiene, and 5S standards within the processing area.
- Track and report key metrics including downtime, waste, material usage, and process deviations.
- Validate in-process quality checks and escalate deviations such as off-spec dough or improper product shape.
- Oversee product changeovers, ensuring minimal downtime and correct equipment/die setup.

Qualifications
- Minimum of an OND in a Science-related discipline
- Additional technical training in food processing, extrusion technology, or quality systems is an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an FMCG or food processing environment.
- Prior experience operating or supervising extrusion, mixing, or drying processes is required.
The Person Must:
- Have a solid technical understanding of food processing equipment and operations.
- Have excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Title: Storekeeper
Location:Sagamu, Ogun
Purpose
- To support efficient store operations through proper receipt, storage, documentation, and issuance of stock in line with standard procedures and inventory control systems.
The Job
- Receive, inspect, and verify stock items against quality and quantity stated on delivery/freight documents.
- Issue stock based on approved requisitions while ensuring compliance with standard procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all stock movements (inbound and outbound).
- Maintain up-to-date catalogs of available stock items in line with prescribed systems.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and preservation of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Identify and segregate obsolete or redundant stock for proper disposal in compliance with regulations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment in line with HSE policies.
- Enter and retrieve inventory data using a computerized inventory management system.
- Organize and arrange stock items systematically for easy identification and retrieval.
- Monitor stock levels and track material usage to ensure timely replenishment.
- Notify relevant personnel when reorder levels are reached.
- Participate in periodic stock counts and inventory audits.
Qualifications
- 5 O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English.
- NABTEB / City & Guilds (C&G) Technical or related discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum of one (2) years experience in a similar storekeeping or inventory role.

The Job
- Operate and monitor process lines in line with established SOPs (start-up, operation, shutdown).

- Report breakdowns promptly and support quick resolution to minimize downtime.

- Ensure efficient utilization of raw materials to minimize waste and losses.

Qualifications

Experience:

Job Title: Shift Operations Manager
Location:Apapa, Lagos
Purpose
- To oversee daily shift operations and ensure the seamless transfer of wheat offals, and pellets across locations while maintaining efficient production, safety, quality, and operational continuity within the milling process.
The Job
- Oversee and coordinate all shift operations to ensure efficient workflow, procedural compliance, and optimal silo space utilization.
- Direct the receipt of wheat from vessels into designated silos to support continuous operations and timely vessel offloading.
- Ensure effective communication and handover between shifts for uninterrupted plant activities.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Planning, Quality Assurance, and ABTL teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Review and validate operational logs, transfer records, inventory reports, and shift reports to ensure accuracy and traceability.
- Ensure timely transfer of wheat from silos to mills to meet production requirements and maintain uninterrupted operations.
- Coordinate pellet loading activities from designated silos to vessels to achieve loading targets and minimize demurrage.
- Supervise departmental operations during nights, weekends, and public holidays to ensure smooth operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of B.Sc. in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Milling certifications such as AMS, NABIM, or SMS are an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ cognate experience in operations management within the FMCG industry.

- Demonstrate strong leadership and shift management capability.
