Job Vacancy for Driver / Inspection Officer at Cheaper Beta Enterprises

Cheaper Beta Enterprises is a fast-growing company focused on providing consumer goods and services at competitive market prices. We are looking for a proactive Inspection Officer to support property inspections and assist clients during viewings. This is a full-time position based in Ajah, Lagos, with a work schedule of five days a week from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Job Title: Driver / Inspection Officer

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Responsibilities

Visit and inspect new properties on behalf of the company.
Provide accurate information and feedback on inspected properties.
Take clear photos and videos of properties during inspections.
Support the real estate team with property-related field activities.
Take clients to inspect available properties.

Requirements

Must reside around the Ikota–Ajah axis.
Possess a Bachelor’s Degree, OND, or HND.
Have 2-4 years of work experience.
Hold a valid driver’s licence.
Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
Be proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
Previous experience in real estate is an added advantage.
