Job Vacancy for Driver / Inspection Officer at Cheaper Beta Enterprises
Cheaper Beta Enterprises is a fast-growing company focused on providing consumer goods and services at competitive market prices. We are looking for a proactive Inspection Officer to support property inspections and assist clients during viewings. This is a full-time position based in Ajah, Lagos, with a work schedule of five days a week from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Job Title: Driver / Inspection Officer
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Visit and inspect new properties on behalf of the company.
- Provide accurate information and feedback on inspected properties.
- Take clear photos and videos of properties during inspections.
- Support the real estate team with property-related field activities.
- Take clients to inspect available properties.

Requirements
- Must reside around the Ikota–Ajah axis.
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree, OND, or HND.
- Have 2-4 years of work experience.
- Hold a valid driver’s licence.
- Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in real estate is an added advantage.
