As a Field Credit Officer, you will work onsite in Akwa Ibom, reporting to the Regional Credit Manager. Your primary focus is onboarding businesses for credit products and managing their loan portfolios to ensure profitability and repayment.

Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard viable businesses in your assigned area to open Moniepoint business accounts.
- Conduct physical visits to potential borrowers to evaluate business books, inventory, and turnover.
- Engage customers to ensure optimal account usage for credit qualification.
- Meet gross loan portfolio and profit targets while maintaining a healthy number of performing loans.
- Monitor active loan portfolios to ensure continued account usage and repayment performance.
- Review and approve or decline loan requests by analyzing available data.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND in any business-related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales role for credit products within a financial institution.
- Demonstrable knowledge of credit risk analysis.
- Proven analytical skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good knowledge of financial analysis is an added advantage.
