Career Opportunity: Female Youth Engagement & Development Manager
Khubaib Foundation is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead its Youth Department and strengthen youth engagement initiatives nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement youth-focused programs aligned with Khubaib Foundation’s core areas of intervention, including education, orphan support, youth empowerment, volunteerism, community development, climate action, and humanitarian initiatives.
- Establish strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, educational institutions, youth networks, NGOs, development organizations, government institutions, and technical experts.
- Create opportunities for orphan children and youth through mentorship, leadership development, internships, scholarships, skills enhancement, and career exposure.
- Lead youth volunteer engagement, university outreach programs, and community service initiatives across Pakistan.
- Represent Khubaib Foundation efforts in stakeholder forums, conferences, development sector platforms, and partnership meetings.
- Support resource mobilization, partnership development, program monitoring, reporting, and organizational visibility.

Education
Master’s Degree (16 Years of Education) in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Anthropology, Law, Project Management, Development Studies, or other relevant Social Sciences disciplines.
Experience
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of development programs.
- Experience in youth development, community engagement, partnership building, volunteer management, or protection programming will be preferred.
