Job Title: Experienced Field Officer

Locations:Abuja, Warri – Delta, Yenogoa – Bayelsa, Abakaliki – Ebonyi, Kebbi, Katsina, Makurdi – Benue, Yola – Adamawa, Imo, Nasarawa, Damaturu – Yobe and Jalingo – Taraba
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities
Market development and customer expansion:

  • Develop local distribution channels (wholesalers) to promote the distribution of the products.
  • Promote the product for large customers and local brands in the market.

Sales target achieved:

  • Increase order conversion rate through customer visits, product demonstrations and promotions.

Customer relationship maintenance:

  • Regularly follow up with customer needs.

Market intelligence analysis:

  • Investigated the demand trend of the local market

Qualifications
Basic requirements:

  • Candidates should possess an OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree
  • Nigerian nationality, aged 25-45, residing in the target business coverage area.

Experience and Skills:

  • More than 2 years of FMCG (personal care/daily chemical) sales experience.
  • Familiarity with local distribution networks, plus customer resources with retailers, community agents or SMEs.
  • Fluent in English and local languages such as Hausa/Yoruba/Igbo (selected according to business area).

Core competencies:

  • High pressure resistance, good at developing new customers under limited resources.
  • Skilled in using basic tools such as WhatsApp and Excel for customer management and data reporting.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
