- The Regional Sales Manager is to ensure effective and efficient management of sales operation through prompt order generation and delivery of products to customers.
- They are to ensure safety and judicious use of company properties in sales department.
Responsibilities
- The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales and distribution strategy for products sold through Distributors and other customers within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution.
- Achieve agreed distribution level of all SBC products and surpass KPI targets within assigned territory.
- Drive total profitable growth in accordance with both long range and annual sales plan.
- Assist in the delivery of key business metrics (i.e. Category Share) in a manner that is consistent with the strategic direction of the business.
- Handle a large sales team & develop them by building right skills through coaching & motivating them so they have appropriate sales capability to deliver their objectives.
- Grows level of customer satisfaction, maintains win/win business relationship, and ensures effective communication with all key buying influences.
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree / HND in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Minimum of 7 years beverage sales experience in territory and distributor management with a proven track record
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
- Familiarity with Ms Office.
- Understanding of store operations
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- A post graduate degree in a relevant field will be an advantage.

Job Title: Process Team Lead
Location:Kano
Responsibilities
- Ensure water treatment plants perform optimally as per PI standards, this includes Reverse Osmosis plant and Iron Filter plants where applicable.
- Ensure availability of sanitation and process chemicals i.e. concentrate.
- Ensure accuracy of the following parameters in process e.g. temperature, flow rate, contact time, and pH of sanitation chemicals during preparation and use
- Plans the sanitation of water treatment media and replacement of sand and carbon bed as directed by PI.
- Raise requisitions for raw materials for production and monitors to ensure that FIFO is observed.
- Stage and verify collected raw materials and confirm water parameters for syrup batching are within spec. Direct supervision of syrup batching to ensure syrup quality parameters are strictly maintained within spec, including salt batching for Aquafina where applicable.
- Confirm final volume and conduct required analyses on finished syrup sample prior to production.
- Liaise with production planner, engineering and production crew for production startup.
- Conducts timely calibration of process equipment with due dates and keeps necessary process records.
- Ensure syrup wastage is minimized during preparation, storage and bottling.
- Oversees the Effluent Treatment Plant operations.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Food Science and Technology
- At least 4 years working experience in CSD industry control/assurance function in a food and beverage company
- Knowledge of bottling operations
- Experienced in budgeting and people management
- Knowledge of bottling operations: Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Environment, Engineering, Health and Safety Operational planning expertise/experience.

Job Title: Utility Technician – FMCG

Job Summary
- The Utility Technician is responsible for the operation, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of utility equipment such as boilers, compressors, chillers, water treatment plants, and power generation systems.
- The role ensures uninterrupted supply of utilities (steam, compressed air, refrigeration, water, and power) to support efficient production operations in line with company safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Monitoring:
- Operate and monitor utility systems including boilers, air compressors, chillers, water treatment plants, diesel generators, and related equipment.
- Record, track, and interpret readings from gauges, meters, and control panels to ensure utilities operate within specified parameters.
- Ensure consistent supply of utilities to support production with minimal downtime.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on utility systems as scheduled.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment faults promptly to minimize disruptions to production.
- Support the Utility Engineer in executing planned shutdown maintenance activities.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure equipment is kept in optimal working condition.
Compliance & Safety:
- Adhere strictly to safety, health, and environmental standards in utility operations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements on boiler operation, water quality, and pressure vessel handling.
- Participate in safety drills and training programs as required.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate logs of equipment performance, breakdowns, and maintenance activities.
- Report abnormalities, risks, or recurring issues to the Utility Engineer.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process/equipment improvement.
Requirements
