Job Description
As part of our expansion, we invite applications from highly competent, experienced, and passionate educators to join our team in the following subject areas:

• Mathematics Teacher
• Basic Technology Teacher
• English Language Teacher
• Geography Teacher
• Home Economics Teacher (Fashion & Design)
• Cambridge Checkpoint Science Teacher

Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed., B.Sc. Ed., B.A. Ed.) or a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division.
• A Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) where the first degree is not in Education.
• Current registration with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN).
• A minimum of five (5) years’ cognate teaching experience in a reputable secondary school.
• Demonstrated success in preparing students for external examinations.

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
Successful candidates must demonstrate:

• Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to inspire students to achieve academic excellence.
• Outstanding written and spoken English communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of learner-centred instructional strategies and modern teaching methodologies.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
• High ethical standards, professionalism, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the effective use of educational technology and digital learning platforms.
• Ability to integrate ICT into classroom instruction.

Additional Requirements:

• Applicants for Senior Secondary School teaching positions must have successfully prepared candidates for WAEC and/or NECO examinations, with evidence of consistently achieving at least a 95% pass rate
• Experience teaching the British Curriculum, particularly Cambridge Checkpoint, IGCSE, or equivalent programmes, will be an added advantage for Checkpoint science teacher.
• Candidates must be willing to participate fully in co-curricular and school development activities.

Location:

• Applicants must be resident in Kabba, Kogi State, or be willing to relocate.

Remuneration

• Accommodation is available for successful candidates relocating from outside Kabba.
