Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily station operations and sales performance.
- Monitor inventory, meter readings, and product stock.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales reports.
- Drive business growth and profitability.
- Supervise station staff, including supervisors and cashiers.
- Coordinate fuel and lubricant sales.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards.

Requirements
- Relevant academic qualification.
- Must have 4–8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Must have Strong leadership and operational management skills.
- Must have Experience in the retail, oil and gas, or related industry is an advantage.
