Job Title: Data Tracking Officer
Location: Nigeria
Purpose
- The Data Tracking Officer is responsible for coordinating the tracking and monitoring of trucks and driver activities to improve fleet efficiency, ensure compliance, support operational performance, and enable timely incident reporting.
The Job
- Monitor and track truck and driver activities using tracking systems.
- Analyze tracking data and generate reports to enhance fleet efficiency and utilization.
- Coordinate the activities of Data Tracking Operators.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot vehicle tracking devices.
- Identify, escalate, and follow up on driver violations to ensure appropriate resolution and compliance.
- Monitor tracking service accounts and liaise with network service providers where necessary.
- Manage and maintain tracking facilities and equipment.
- Monitor the validity of truck operating documents and advise on timely renewals, including vehicle licenses, hackney permits, and related certifications.
- Prepare accurate and timely tracking reports for management decision-making.
- Support initiatives aimed at reducing accidents and improving truck turnaround time (TAT).

Requirements
Qualification:
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Professional certifications in Logistics, Fleet Management, Transportation, Data Analytics, or related fields will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Tracking, Fleet Monitoring, Transportation Operations, or a related role.
- Experience using GPS tracking and fleet management systems.
The Person Must:
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in reporting.
- Demonstrate the ability to monitor and interpret tracking data effectively.
- Have good organizational and coordination skills.

Job Title: Data Tracking Assistant
Location: Nigeria
Purpose
- To track and monitor all trucks / drivers to improve operational efficiency.
The Job
- Track and monitor truck movement to improve turnaround time (TAT) and maximize fleet efficiency, utilizing data analytics and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Monitor and report instances of idle trucks at loading locations and in transit, helping to improving loading and offloading efficiency as well as in-transit delays.
- Contribute to the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, using reporting tools to provide insights that support operational improvements.
- Monitor and take log of customer complaints by utilizing toll-free lines and other communication channels to assist in resolving issues promptly, aimed at maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Escalate / caution bad driving behaviors by drivers while in-transit using the tracking device e.g. Over speeding.
- Track for renewal and issuance expired truck documents, facilitating compliance with regulatory requirements and easing the administrative load on drivers.
- Install and maintain all trucks tracking devices.
Requirements
Qualification:

Purpose
- To lead and optimize end-to-end milling operations at the site (1000TPD), ensuring high-volume production efficiency, cost control, and compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards in a humid, coastal, high-corrosion environment.

Qualifications
- HND / B.Sc. In Milling Operations, Agricultural Engineering or any other related discipline
- MBA in Operations Management is an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of twelve (12) years’ cognate experience
- Membership in Feed Industry Practitioners Association (FIPAN), Certified Six Sigma Green Belt is a requirement.
