We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

2.) Tax and Audit Officer
3.) Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
4.) Front Desk Officer (Intern)
5.) Business Development Executive – Upstream
6.) Admin Officer (Facility Management)
7.) Accountant (Financial Reporting)

Location:Victoria Island, Lagos (proximity to Victoria Island is required)

About the Role

  • We are seeking a smart, courteous, and detail-oriented female Front Desk Intern.This role is for recent graduates who are yet to commence the NYSC program and will not be mobilizing in the immediate batch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and attend to guests, clients, and staff professionally.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as receiving and sorting mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
  • Provide general support to other departments as needed.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage the front desk area and ensure it is always tidy and presentable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (fresh graduates preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
  • Smart-looking and very presentable.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Remuneration

  • Monthly stipend: N100,000.
