About the Role
- We are seeking a smart, courteous, and detail-oriented female Front Desk Intern.This role is for recent graduates who are yet to commence the NYSC program and will not be mobilizing in the immediate batch.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to guests, clients, and staff professionally.
- Handle administrative tasks such as receiving and sorting mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
- Provide general support to other departments as needed.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage the front desk area and ensure it is always tidy and presentable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (fresh graduates preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
- Smart-looking and very presentable.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Remuneration
- Monthly stipend: N100,000.
