Job Summary

- The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, leading the sales team, promoting the company’s products, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
- The manager will work closely with the Production, Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Management teams to ensure that customer requirements are effectively met and products are delivered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management:
- Develop and implement annual and monthly sales strategies and plans.
- Set sales targets and ensure achievement of agreed revenue objectives.
- Identify and develop new customers, distributors, dealers, wholesalers, retailers, and corporate accounts.
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships.

Marketing Management:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase product awareness and market penetration.

- Develop promotional campaigns, product launches, trade promotions, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.
- Manage the company’s brand positioning and corporate image.
- Coordinate digital marketing, social media, advertising, and other promotional activities where applicable.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment of marketing campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.

Team Leadership:

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Management, Sales, or a related field.
- Professional qualification in Marketing/Sales or an MBA is an added advantage.
- 5 – 8 years’ relevant experience preferably in a manufacturing, FMCG, industrial, building materials, consumer goods, or related environment.
- Proven experience managing a sales team and achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of sales management, marketing, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Good knowledge of the relevant industry and competitive market environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate injection moulding and/or other plastic moulding machines safely and efficiently.
- Set up machines according to approved production parameters, including temperature, pressure, speed, cycle time, and cooling time.
