Overview

  • As the Access Control Officer, you will be responsible for protecting personnel, facilities, assets, information, and operations by controlling and monitoring the movement of employees, contractors, visitors, vendors, vehicles, tools, equipment, and materials into, within, and out of company locations.
  • The role supports oilfield service and energy operations by enforcing site access procedures, visitor management requirements, HSE rules, emergency response protocols, asset movement controls, and security reporting standards expected in client-facing environments like ours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage access control points by verifying employee IDs, contractor badges, visitor passes, vendor documentation, vehicle authorization, and approved access lists before allowing entry.
  • Log all visitors, vendors, contractors, deliveries, vehicles, and material movements accurately, including time in/out, host approval, purpose of visit, badge number, vehicle details, and any escorts required.
