  • The role involves welcoming visitors, responding to calls and enquiries and handling basic administrative task.

Job Description

  • Receiving and welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
  • Answering and directing incoming calls and enquiries

Job Description

  • Monitor and record daily stock levels of lubricants in warehouse.
  • Responsible for receiving and verify product deliveries against waybills, loading documents and purchase orders, ensuring quantities and quality meet specification before acceptance
  • Ensure proper documentation of all stock movements including transfers, returns and adjustments.

  • We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch Officer to join our team at the Warri Terminal.
  • The Dispatch Officer will oversee the dispatch of loaded trucks, ensure that all required checks are completed before trucks leave the terminal, and issue loading tickets and other necessary documents.
