Responsibilities
- Serve as a Field Personnel, executing the duties of a Field Engineer or Operator as needed.
- Support daily on-site operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
- Conduct inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Assist in field operations, including engineering design, job planning, maintenance, and reporting
- Develop an understanding of the well construction process and the roles of various service companies.
- Aid engineers and specialists on-site, performing essential tasks such as risk analysisPrepare wellsite reports and post-job debriefing documentatioMaintain detailed records of site activities, equipment status, and project progress.
- Provide technical support to address operational challenges.
- Participate in the planning and execution of projects and field activitiesPrepare tools, accessories, and required software for job assignments.
- Engage with clients and deliver presentations as required.
- Offer general support to ensure successful job execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or HND Degree in any Engineering field0-2 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in on-site environments.
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesExcellent technical and operational skills.
- Strong report writing capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure with a willingness to learn and explore.
