Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for roles across banking, insurance, asset management, and advisory services
- Lead recruitment campaigns and marketing initiatives on LinkedIn and other digital platforms
- Meet a monthly revenue target of ₦200,000
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates within the financial services industry
- Promote and market recruitment opportunities to top-performing professionals
Requirements - 4–6 years of recruitment experience within the financial services sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Extensive LinkedIn network (minimum of 5,000 connections)
Demonstrated success in both recruitment and sales
