The TotalEnergies OML 58 Scholarship is one of the social responsibilities of TotalEnergies Nigeria as an oil and gas exploration company for Nigerians.
The TotalEnergies OML Scholarship covers full tuition fees and full living allowance for selected candidates until the end of their studies, provided they demonstrate academic excellence.

The TotalEnergies OML 58 Scholarship aims to support students from host communities in their pursuit of educational excellence.
It comprises five fields: Erema, Olo, Ubeta, Obagi (the oldest field in the joint venture and one of the largest in Nigeria) and the Ibewa gas/condensate field.
OML 58 is located onshore in Rivers State, about 85 kilometers northwest of Port Harcourt, and the upgrade projects are designed to enhance oil recovery, increase gas supply for industrial use and domestic, and increase the supply of Nigerian liquefied natural gas (NLNG). compliance with the federal government’s gas flaring policy.
Eligibility
To be considered, you must:
- be Nigerian
- be enrolled in an accredited Nigerian public tertiary institution
- hail from one of the OML 58 host communities; (Egi, Igburu, Ekeye, Rumuekpe)
- submit the complete application before the deadline.
