Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) For Nigerian Graduates 2.0

The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) is giving recent graduates a second chance to apply for structured, paid work opportunities in both public and private sectors across Nigeria. After initially closing applications, the programme has reopened its portal for the 2026 cycle, welcoming eligible candidates to submit their applications.

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to work in various organizations throughout Nigeria, including the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, for a period of 12 months. During this time, they will receive a monthly stipend of ₦150,000 to support them in their professional development.

The NJFP aims to assist young Nigerians who have recently finished their studies and are looking to gain practical work experience to improve their chances of securing employment in the future.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Applicants must be Nigerian citizens.
    Must have graduated not earlier than 2022.
  • A Bachelor’s degree (minimum of Second Class Lower), or
  • A Higher National Diploma (HND) with Upper Credit.
  • Must be 30 years old or younger at the time of application.
  • Must be unemployed at the time of application.
  • Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or obtained a valid exemption.

Additional Selection Criteria

  • Demonstrated commitment to a chosen career path.
  • Willingness to contribute to Nigeria’s socio-economic development.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Professional conduct and effective time management.

Required Documents

  • Notarised degree or HND certificate.
  • NYSC discharge certificate or exemption letter.
