Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, acquire clients, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Generate leads, prepare business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Monitor sales pipelines, track KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Develop strategic partnerships to support business expansion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Excellent commercial awareness and relationship management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales.
- Knowledge of the Abuja business environment is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and deliver measurable results.
Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 per month.
