Role Summary
This is an entry-level opportunity aimed at developing high-potential professionals into capable finance and investor relations specialists.
You will gain practical experience and receive dedicated mentorship while developing the skills required to deliver accurate and timely reports, manage relationships effectively, and contribute to Babban Gona’s strategic objectives.
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related discipline.
- Must have 1–3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Investor Relations, Law, or related fields.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
- Experience managing customer accounts, orders, or field operations is an added advantage.
- Existing relationships with farmers, poultry farmers, agro-dealers, or rural communities will be an advantage.
- Strong organisational and self-motivation skills.
- Willingness to travel within assigned locations.
- A genuine passion for Babban Gona’s mission and a desire to create meaningful impact through customer and relationship management.
