At International Golden Edge Trading (IGET) Limited, we are a growing e-commerce startup based in Nigeria, operating in various locations across the country.
We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team in Abuja (FCT) on a full-time basis.
As a valuable member of our customer experience team, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through phone, email, and social media channels
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with different departments to address customer concerns
- Meet and exceed customer service standards and performance goals
- Provide timely updates on order status, shipping, and delivery progress
- Resolve any issues related to orders, payments, and returns
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Communications
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in English, with knowledge of local languages being an advantage
- Experience with CRM software
- At least 2 years of customer service experience (e-commerce background preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
