We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team in Abuja (FCT) on a full-time basis.

As a valuable member of our customer experience team, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Engage with customers through phone, email, and social media channels
  •  Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with different departments to address customer concerns
  • Meet and exceed customer service standards and performance goals
  •  Provide timely updates on order status, shipping, and delivery progress
  •  Resolve any issues related to orders, payments, and returns

Requirements:

  •  Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Communications
  •  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  •  Proficiency in English, with knowledge of local languages being an advantage
  •  Experience with CRM software
  •  At least 2 years of customer service experience (e-commerce background preferred)
  •  Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
