Job Title: Construction Surveillance Personnel

Location:Nigeria

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily surveillance of construction activities at site.
  • Verify work exccusion against approved drawings, procedures, and specifications.
  • Identify and report non-conformances and unsafe practices.
  • Support HSE compliance monitoring and toolbox engagements.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC and engineering trams on technical clarifications.
  • Provide accurate progress and surveillance reports.

  • Support on-the-job coaching for local construction personnel.

Qualifications & Experience

Job Title: Marine Advisor III

Location:Nigeria

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead on the provision of specialist advice on the day to day marine management issues in specific geographic areas.
  • Lead on and/or coordinate provision of expert technical marine advice on development and other casework/information requests in MPAs in marine areas, with advice as required from Advice Team and Marine Monitoring, Assessment and Reporting Team, Includes complex high-profile proposals and NSIPS/DNS.
  • Provide expert marine advice to the development and implementation of Ares statements.
  • In particular, take a lead role in local delivery of SMNR in the marine and coastal environment within the geographic ares, working with the marine Area Statement Advisor.
  • Expert witness role in public inquiries and similar fora as required.
  • Quality assure, interpret and advise on external and internal reports/assessments
  • Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships and cagagement, including liaison and partnership working in particular with respect to marine protected areas
  • Influence and contribute to the development and delivery of NRW Marine Service Plan and Marine Programme, and other relevant NRW policy, strategy and process, working collaboratively with EPP colleagues.
  • Provide expert technical and operational advice to the development of corporate standards/process and guidance
  • Cooperation with and provision of marine advice to local teams on designated sites with coastal fringe.
  • Work collaboratively with the marine Advice Team and Marine Monitoring, Assessment and Reporting Team, delivering some aspects of monitoring, analysis and reporting activities relevant to geographic areas/sites.
  • Mentor and coach other members of the team and colleagues as required.
  • Contribute to the development and subsequent implementation of casework guidance,
  • Contribute technical advice into enforcement cases, both internal and with Nigerian Government regarding marine licenses.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, or related discipline.
  • Master Mariner or equivalent marine certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 16 years experience in offshore zmarine operations within oil & gas industry.

Job Title: Well Completion / Well Intervention Advisor

Location:Nigeria

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Guarantee the accomplishment of the Deepwater well interventions with OIMIR vessel or drilling rig
  • Compliance with codes of practice, safety and environmental protection.
  • Ensore integrity threats are properly assessed and appropriate remedial action plans implemented,
  • Ensure the suitability to operational requirements of personnel, equipmeet and services.
  • Prepare operation guidelines and programs for Well intervention operations.
  • Execute operations on deepwater in time and under budges

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in Well Completion and/or Well Intervention operations.
  • Valid IWCF or equivalent well control certification.
  • Experience in offshore oc deepwater operations is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of well integrity, risk managensent, and operational planning.
  • Execute Deepwater Well Intervention Progrants, contingency guidelines & operations per Company objectives and rules.
  • Provide specialized technical Support to Company Deepwater well assets as required regarding Stimulation, Coiled Tubing.
  • Slick line, Electric line, tractor and RDS related tools and services.
  • Focal point for execution on Stimulation, Coiled Tubing, Slick line, Electric line, tractor and RDS contracts
  • Ensure appropriate equipment, tooting, spares inventory follow-up. Maintenance and purchase of asset requirements.
  • Normalize methodology on Stinsulation, Coiled Tubing, Slick line, Electric line, tractor and RDS on OML via contingency guidelines.
  • In-charge of Intervention operation on the Rig and Light Well Intervention Vessel, Expected to go offshore for all intervention operations.
  • Maintain good interface with completion, drilling and other seams for optimization of well intervention operations
  • Prepare the end of well intervention report capturing lessons to improve future work Participate and drive investigations into operational incidents in sphere of control.
  • Ensure lessons integrated into future well programa & existing guidelines/GDCP, Fallow up and ensure close out of related action items.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst III

Location:Nigeria

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement the approved Quality Management System (QMS) and project quality plans for electrical works
  • Ensure electrical construction activities comply with approved ITPs, method statements, and procedures
  • Conduct thorough inspections of static equipment (pressure vessels, tanks, piping) to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, codes, and standards.
  • Perform visual inspections, dimensional checks, and non-destructive testing (NDT) to identify defects and ensure structural integrity.
  • Review and verify welding procedures, welder qualifications, and welding quality to maintain the highest standards of workmanship.
  • Monitor and control quality documentation, including inspection and test plans, material certificates, and welding records.
  • Implement and maintain quality contrel procedures, ensuring adherence to project specifications and client requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on quality-related matters to project teams and contractors.

  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and project quality systems.
  • Experience with fabrication, construction, or contmissioning quality processes.
  • Proven experience with NDT methods such as UT, RT, and PT, ensuring proficiency in defect detection and assessment.
  • Demonstrates fluency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication and report writing.
  • Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective identification and ecsolution of quality issues
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration within project teams.

Job Title: Construction Site Lead III

Location:Nigeria

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administration of the Construction Department on a day-to-day basis and informing the Maintenance Superintendent of all developments.
  • Ensure that all staff including contractors have adequate information to carry out tasks safely and efficiently, in compliance with control measures and sire safety precautions.
  • Report incidents and non-conformities.
  • Ensure that the safety, health and welfare of all the construction team are maintained to company policy and statutory standards.
  • Support in the resourcing and development of construction personnel.
  • Support the construction team to reach the required standard of competency. Ensure commitment to the Technical and Operation Integrity Standards for all maintenance, services and engineering works that are completed by the construction team.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of operational budgers.
  • Liaise with contractors, onshore support teams and other departments, keeping them informed of activities that may affect them.
  • Provide clear and concise communication of priorities to relevant personnel, including team meetings, handovers and information on targets and performance.

  • Raise Purchase Requisitions for the ordering of spare equipment and confirm the correct delivery.

  • Maintain use Construction Department Maximo inputs and manage the same on á régutar basis.
  • Administration of Maximo Maintenance Management System (MMS) for Planned and Corrective Maintenance work orders relating to construction department.
  • The Construction Lead is responsible for ensuring that applicable bolted joints are managed in compliance with the bolted joint integrity manual and associated documents.
  • Supervise all construction and fabric maintenance work to ensure they are carried out safely and to an acceptable standard in accordance with company procedures.
  • Ensure all air driven tools and equipment are stored and maintained as per maintenance strategy.
  • Ensure all specific training certificates for construction department personnel are valid and updated as required.
  • Act as offshore focal point for any planned outage/shutdown as instructed by the Maintenance Superintendent
  • Liaise with onshore Facilities Engineer to ensure all work is carried out as per 2 weekly plan.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in oil & gas construction supervision of surveillance.
  • Combined Offshore Survival, Fire Fighting and HUET Certificate
  • MIST/IMIST
  • Oil & Gas Offshore Medical Certificate
  • Oil & Gas Certificate of Fitness to Participate in Emergency Response Team Duties
  • Approved Awarding Body Mechanical Engineering qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a relevant Construction role on Offshore/ Onshore oil installation preferably and FPSO.
