HP Inc. and the HP Foundation are currently accepting applications for the Future of Work Accelerator 2026, a six-month virtual accelerator programme aimed at supporting organizations that are working to expand access to technology, digital skills, and economic opportunities for individuals at risk of being left behind in the digital economy.
This initiative is open to innovative changemakers who are developing solutions to prepare communities for the future of work, enhance economic resilience, and promote inclusive participation in today’s rapidly evolving labor market.
The programme, delivered in partnership with leading social impact advisors, offers funding, HP technology, and personalized mentorship to help organizations scale their solutions and create lasting impact.
This year, the accelerator has expanded to include both non-profit and for-profit organizations, reflecting its commitment to inclusivity and reaching a wider range of stakeholders. The Future of Work Accelerator is crucial in addressing the digital divide and workforce inequality, ensuring that everyone has the tools and opportunities to thrive in the digital age.

Throughout the programme, selected organisations will receive targeted support to strengthen their operations, refine their models, and scale high-impact solutions that connect talent to opportunity.
Eligibility Requirements
Applications are open to non-profit and mission-driven for-profit organisations based in the United States. Eligible organisations must:
- Have existing programmes that support people most vulnerable to economic and technological disruption
- Focus on groups such as young people seeking digital skills and employment, gig and on-demand workers, or small business owners navigating digital transformation
- Demonstrate proven impact, clear scalability potential, and strong leadership capacity
- Show a clear commitment to advancing inclusive, technology-enabled economic opportunities
Benefits of the Programme
Selected organisations will receive:
- Up to USD 100,000 in grant funding to strengthen and expand operations
- HP technology and solutions valued at approximately USD 100,000 to enhance digital delivery and impact
• Access to expert mentorship, virtual training, and technical support from HP and industry partners
