Eligible Disciplines
We are recruiting in each of the following areas:
- Civil Engineering
- Architecture
- Mechanical Engineering
- Land Surveying
- Quantity Surveying
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in on-the-job training, workshops, and mentoring sessions.
- Assist senior engineers, architects, or surveyors in executing real projects.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the organization.
- Conduct research, data collection, and technical analysis as assigned.
- Support project planning, design, implementation, and reporting.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in any of the listed disciplines.
- Not more than one (1) year post-NYSC completion.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, etc. where applicable) will be an added advantage.
- Strong academic performance and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
