Job Title: Fadac Resources Graduate Trainee Programme
Job Summary:
- Fadac Resources is recruiting ND and HND graduates into its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme, with placements in Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan and Port Harcourt.
- It is a paid entry-level programme built around structured training, mentorship and cross-functional operational exposure. It is open to fresh graduates and recent NYSC out-streamers from STEM disciplines.
- A gross monthly salary of ₦200,000 to ₦250,000 on a trainee programme.

Requirements:
- HND/ND in a STEM-related discipline
- Must have graduated from a polytechnic in Ibadan, Lagos, Abuja or Port Harcourt
- Must currently reside in Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan or Port Harcourt, or have secured permanent accommodation in one of these locations
- Must have 0 to 3 years of work experience
- Fresh graduates and recent NYSC out-streamers are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different operational functions
