Job Title: University Librarian
Location:Mubi, Adamawa
Job Description
- The Librarian is the Chief Administrative Officer of the University Library and shall be responsible to the Vice Chancellor for day-to-day administration and coordination of all Library services in the University.
Qualities of the Applicant for the Post
Applicants should possess the following qualities:
- Must not be less than a Deputy Librarian or its equivalent in a University
- Applicants must possess a Ph.D. in Library Science/Library Information Science from a recognized University.
- Applicants must have had at least Fifteen (15) years of post-qualification experience in Librarianship; Ten (10) years must have been in University administration.
- Applicants must be of sound physical and mental health.
- Applicants must be persons of high integrity and unquestionable character.
- Applicants must belong to a recognized relevant professional body.
Tenure
- The appointment shall be for a single term of five (5) years only.
Age limit:
- Eligible candidate should not be more than 60 years old at the time of assumption of office.
Condition of Service
- Salary and allowances shall be as applicable to the post of University Librarian in Nigerian Universities.

Job Title: Bursar
Location:Mubi, Adamawa
Requirements
Applicants should possess the following qualities:
- Must not be less than a Deputy Bursar in a University
- Applicants must possess a minimum of 2nd Class Honours Degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration from a recognized Institution. Possession of higher qualification will be an added advantage.
- Applicants must have had at least Fifteen (15) years of post-qualification experience, Ten (10) years must have been in University administration.
- Membership of any of the following Professional Accounting Bodies.
- Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria
- Association of National Accountants of Nigeria
- Association of Certified Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
- Applicants must be of sound physical and mental health.
- Applicants must be persons of high integrity and unquestionable character.
- Applicants must be Information and Communication Technology (ICT) proficient.
Tenure
- The appointment shall be for a single term of five (5) years only.

Job Title: Registrar
Location:Mubi, Adamawa
Job Description
- The Registrar is the Chief Administrative Officer of the University responsible to the Vice Chancellor for the day-to-day administration of the University.
- By virtue of the office, the Registrar is the Secretary to the Council, Senate, Congregation and Convocation and sits in advisory role at all Committees of Council and Senate as well as other administrative Committees, to guide on rules, regulations and University procedures.
- The Registrar is, therefore, expected to give positive leadership in the administration of the University.
Qualities
Applicants should possess the following qualities:
- Must not be less than a Deputy Registrar (DR) in a University
- Applicants must possess a minimum of 2nd Class Honours Degree from a recognized Institution. Possession of higher qualification will be an added advantage.
- Applicants must have had at least Fifteen (15) years of post-qualification experience; Ten (10) years must have been in university administration. Applicants must be of sound physical and mental health.
- Applicants must be persons of high integrity and unquestionable character.
- Applicants must be Information and Communication Technology (ICT) proficient. Applicants must belong to at least one (1) recognized professional body.
Tenure:
- The appointment shall be for a single term of five (5) years only.

- Eligible candidate should not be more than 60 years old at the time of assumption of office.

- Salary and allowances shall be as applicable to the post of Registrars in Nigerian Universities.
