Inventory Solutions Plus (ISP) assists hospitals in handling excess medical supplies and equipment. We are currently seeking a dependable and driven Telesales Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to professionals in charge of hospital instrumentation, medical supplies, and equipment, such as department managers, supervisors, and directors.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls using a provided script.
- Speak with decision-makers and gather accurate contact information.
- Record call results and notes in the CRM system.
- Maintain professional communication and call etiquette.

Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Prior outbound calling or telesales experience preferred.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Comfortable with computers and data entry.
- Strong listening and organizational skills.
- Technical setup: Windows-based computer (Windows 10 or newer), minimum 8 GB RAM (12 GB recommended), and a reliable high-speed internet connection (wired preferred).
