Our 2027 Oilserv Inspiring Graduate Trainee Programme is a carefully crafted two-year initiative aimed at discovering, nurturing, and molding exceptional graduates into skilled professionals ready to make their mark in the oil and gas industry.

This program kicks off with a 6-month rotational phase, providing trainees with a well-rounded understanding of various business functions and departments. Following this, there is an 18-month specialized development phase where trainees delve deep into a specific discipline, honing their technical expertise. Through hands-on projects, mentorship, and real-world problem-solving, participants will acquire the necessary skills, knowledge, and professional abilities to excel in the dynamic and fast-paced energy sector.

Responsibilities:

Participate actively in all rotational assignments across designated departments
Support project teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of oilfield service operations
Conduct research, data analysis, and reporting to support business decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real-world operational challenges
Attend and complete all required training sessions, workshops, and assessments
Adhere to the company’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards
Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to improve processes and service delivery
Prepare and present progress reports to HRBP and Functioning Line Manager

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Petroleum, Civil, Pipeline, Piping, Process), Accounting, Technical Safety, ESG or other relevant disciplines from a recognised institution
Minimum of Second-Class Lower (2:2)
Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
Team-oriented with a passion for learning and professional growth
No prior full-time work experience required
