In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building lasting client partnerships, and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop lucrative new business opportunities to expand market share and increase sales.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations, professional proposals, and performance reports.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to spot industry trends.
- Ensure top-tier customer service and high levels of client satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Diploma or higher in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven, hands-on experience in sales and marketing.
- Licensing: Valid Driver’s Licence.
- Skills & Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Personal Traits: Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
