About NewcrossEP
Newcross Exploration and Production Limited (NewcrossEP) is an independent Nigerian oil and gas exploration and production company established in 2013. The company became the successful bidder for OML 24, acquiring a 45% participating interest in the asset previously managed under the NNPC/SPDC Joint Venture arrangement. NewcrossEP currently operates the NNPC/NewcrossEP Joint Venture.
OML 24 covers approximately 162 square kilometres and includes the Awoba, Awoba North West, and Ekulama Fields, located about 40 km southwest of Port Harcourt in the prolific Niger Delta region.

The Graduate Trainee Program (GTP) 2026 is designed to develop talented young graduates into future energy professionals. Requirements:
- A minimum of BSc or HND from a recognised institution
- Not more than 30 years.
- Must Have completed NYSC
- Have 0-2 years post-NYSC experience
