Job Title: Solar System Installation Trainee

Location:Nigeria

Details

  • We are now recruiting solar system installation trainees from all regions of Nigeria, providing free professional training and entrepreneurial employment opportunities!
  • Target Group: Nigerian young people interested in solar energy storage systems and aspiring to engage in the installation and sales of solar energy storage systems (covering all regions of Nigeria)

Core Recruitment Program:

  • Free Training Empowerment: The number of students in the first phase is limited to 30. Selected candidates will receive full-process free professional training on the installation, maintenance and sales of solar energy storage systems (no fees will be charged throughout the process). The training adopts an online + offline combined mode; the training content covers core areas such as product knowledge, installation technology and sales skills, taught by a professional team to ensure the mastery of practical skills; after the training, candidates are required to go to the company to take a unified assessment.
  • Assessment and Certification: A unified assessment will be organized after the training. Those who pass the assessment will receive an official certification license issued by ECOLION POWER and become regional installation and sales agents of solar energy storage systems in their respective regions.
  • Income Model: There is no salary during the training period; after becoming a regional agent, income mainly comes from two parts — service fees for providing product installation services to customers, and profit sharing from selling ECOLION POWER brand products. The more you work, the more you earn, with no upper limit on income.

Job Responsibilities (After Passing Training)

  • Be responsible for the installation, commissioning and after-sales maintenance of ECOLION POWER solar energy storage systems in the respective region to ensure service quality.
  • Promote and sell the company’s solar-related products, develop local customer resources (individuals, enterprises, etc.) and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain customer relationships in the region, respond to customer needs in a timely manner, and improve brand reputation and customer satisfaction.
  • Cooperate with the company’s local brand promotion activities to help enhance the brand influence of ECOLION POWER in the region.

Job Requirements

  • Nigerian nationality, aged 18-35, with high school or above education, a strong interest in the solar new energy industry and willingness to work in the field for a long time.
  • Possess basic communication and learning abilities, strong practical skills, hardworking spirit and a sense of responsibility.
  • Familiar with local conditions (customs, market environment, etc.) in the respective region; those with local network resources are preferred.
  • No relevant industry experience is required; the company provides full-process free training, allowing entry with zero foundation.

Job Title: Sales Representative

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the market promotion and sales of solar power generation systems, energy storage systems, and related products within the Nigeria region.
  • Develop new clients, maintain existing customer relationships, and achieve individual sales targets.
  • Collect market information, analyze customer needs, and provide preliminary technical solutions and quotations.
  • Assist customers in product selection, contract signing, and follow-up services.
  • Regularly submit sales reports and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Requirements & Skills

  •  Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s / MBA Degree

Job Title: Solar System Installation Engineer

Location:Alaba International Market, Ojo – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Local Project Installation and Commissioning: Responsible for on-site surveys, solution implementation, installation, wiring, and commissioning of solar photovoltaic and energy storage systems (lithium batteries, inverters, PV panels, etc.) within Nigeria, ensuring stable and efficient system operation.
  • Local After-Sales Service Response: Handling after-sales repair requests from Nigerian customers, quickly dispatching personnel to the site to troubleshoot equipment faults, and completing repairs and parts replacements to minimize customer downtime.
  • Customer Training and Communication: Providing professional training on equipment operation and routine maintenance to customers in the local language, promptly answering customer questions, and maintaining good customer relationships.
  • Fault Case Compilation: Recording installation data, equipment failure causes, and solutions for local projects to create a standardized case library, supporting technical optimization for the branch office.
  • Responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer operation training of local solar photovoltaic and energy storage systems.

Requirements & Skills

  • Education and Major: Associate’s degree or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in Electrical Engineering, Automation, New Energy Technology, Mechatronics, or related fields.
  • Skills and Experience: Familiar with the working principles of solar photovoltaic systems and energy storage systems; proficient in the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of equipment such as inverters and lithium battery packs; able to independently read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams; skilled in using common testing tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes; 1-3 years of experience in photovoltaic, energy storage, or power equipment installation and maintenance is preferred; holding an electrician’s license or other relevant professional qualification certificates is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in Hausa, Yoruba, or other commonly used Nigerian languages ​​is preferred.
  • Requirements include the ability to read electrical drawings, proficiency in using testing tools, fluency in English, and willingness to travel domestically and work outdoors, contributing to the company’s localization of new energy services.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall operation of the ECOLION POWER brand in the Nigerian market, formulate localized brand strategies and promotion plans, and enhance the brand’s influence in the new energy sector;
  • Gain insights into the local market and policies, develop communication strategies in conjunction with products, and coordinate promotion through social media, exhibitions, and other channels;
  • Standardize the brand’s visual identity for local adaptation, collect and analyze market data to optimize strategies;
