Job Summary

  • The Regional Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and retail marketing performance across multiple states.
  • The role requires executing strategic marketing and activation initiatives to support sales and dealer networks for 2-wheeler and 3-wheeler products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing marketing campaigns, dealer events, and regional brand promotions within the automobile sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute regional marketing and brand activation activities to support sales targets and enhance market share.
  • Coordinate dealership-level promotions, product displays, test-ride campaigns, and roadshows across assigned territories.
  • Work closely with sales teams and dealers to design localized marketing programs and customer engagement strategies.
  • Identify and onboard suitable event vendors, media agencies, and activation partners to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Monitor competitor activities, consumer preferences, and market dynamics to provide actionable insights.
  • Manage POS materials, branding elements, and visibility assets across showrooms and service centers.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of corporate branding and communication guidelines at all dealer touchpoints.
  • Track campaign effectiveness and prepare regular reports on marketing ROI, brand awareness, and footfall generation.
  • Support digital and social media teams with localized content ideas and customer feedback from the field.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets efficiently and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in the automobile industry (2W/3W preferred).
  • Proven track record of executing on-ground marketing, dealer activation, and brand promotion campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of ATL/BTL marketing, customer engagement, and event coordination.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently across regions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to CRM or digital marketing tools is an advantage.

  • Lead preventive & corrective maintenance for production equipment and plant facilities
