- 10+ years of experience in Risk / Fraud model development and management, analytic modeling, fraud scoring, ML or related fields within the financial services industry.
- Strong technical skills including proficiency in Python, Machine Learning and other statistical analysis, data mining, and programming languages such as SQL.
- Experience with machine learning techniques and tools for building predictive models (e.g., logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, gradient boosting).
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks, methodologies, and regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
