The Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission (RSIEC) is a vital organization established by the Government of Rivers State, Nigeria, in accordance with the Independent Electoral Commission Law (2000). The main purpose of RSIEC is to ensure the smooth and fair conduct of election processes within the state.
Located in the bustling city of Port Harcourt, RSIEC is dedicated to organizing, executing, and supervising all local government council elections in the region. The Commission plays a crucial role in upholding the democratic principles of the state by overseeing the electoral procedures.

- Candidates must posses a university degree.
- Must be a computer literate.
- Previous experience(s) on the job will be an added advantage

- Poling Clerks (PCs)
- Assistant poll Clerks (APCS)

To be eligible, candidates for this category:
- Must possess NCE, OND, WASC, GCE, SSCE, or NECO.
- Must be computer iterate.
- Previous experience(s) on the job will be an added advantage.
