Job Title: Contracts Advisor III

Main Functions
- The Contracts Advisor supports or leads the implementation of project contracting. This may include strategy and planning work during early project development phases, contractor qualification, leading and managing commercial aspects of Pre-front end engineering design (FEED) / FEED / Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract development process, assisting in contractor evaluation, selection, and award recommendation,
- Ensuring execution and administration of high quality prime contracts, and coordinating interfaces post-contract award for the project through contract close-out.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manages process, produces deliverables, and updates tools to support development of project contracting strategy, contractor qualification, bid slates, tender, and evaluate proposals
- Develops detailed Contracting Plan(s) consistent with overall Contracting Strategy
- Develops Invitation to Tender (ITT) packages consistent with responsibility matrix
- Maintains database of all correspondence to ensure all questions and clarifications have been properly documented and issues agreed to are reflected in final proposals
- Leads or supports negotiations of any contested contractual terms and conditions
- Conforms all contract documents consistent with selected bidder’s proposal, subsequent clarifications and final negotiations
- Obtains final functional review/endorsement of contract documents, as required (e.g., Law, Audit, Controllers, etc.), as well as required endorsements
- Provides pricing / other commercial analysis to Project Team (PT) for development of contract award recommendation
- Assists PT in obtaining contract award endorsements/approvals from Sr. Management and other stakeholders
- Develops and maintains final contract files (all components), as required
- Develops and leads internal kick-off meeting(s) with Company personnel to ensure contract awareness, reviews contract terms and conditions, change order process, and claims avoidance
- Develops materials for external kick-off meetings with Company and Contractor personnel to review key parts of the contract (e.g. Principal Document, Coordination Procedure, change order process, etc.)
- Leads or supports Contract Administration, including working with project and business managers in aligning on contract administration responsibilities
- Reviews and comments on Contractor’s contracting and subcontracting plans, procedures, processes, and deliverables to ensure compliance with Company’s requirements
- Expedites and files Contractor commercial documents (e.g., insurance certificates, Parent Company Guarantees, LOCs, etc.), and files original Bank Guarantees/LOCs per agreed processes
- Reviews and updates project file system / procedures and Master Document Register
- Reviews, updates, and coordinates PT contractual correspondence procedures / communications, including any notices associated with the contract (PT Document Distribution matrix)
- Develops and monitors approval process and compliance with invoicing and payment process
- Coordinates change control process, including: amendments, change notices, change orders and other contract changes (e.g., Management of Change (MOC) process, Change Order log, Deviation log)
- Oversees Contractor’s subcontracting activities, coordinate PT engagement in Company review / approval of individual subcontracting plans, and subcontract development activities from qualification through award / execution
- Advises project team of contract administration and subcontracting issues, and steps being taken to mitigate consequences
- Measures contractor performance and provides feedback through project and functional management
- Captures and communicates contract administration and subcontracting company’s lessons learned for project
- Develops the Contract Close Out Plan (part of Project Close Out Plan)
- Establishes a close-out agreement with Contractor (settlement of any outstanding items)

Job Title: Data Support Analyst II
Locations:ÂAkwa Ibom, Lagos and Rivers
Main Functions

Job Title: Maintenance Planner / Scheduler I

Main Functions
- To be responsible for the planning and scheduling of all Maintenance activities. Should have good understanding of safety, health, and environmental requirements (SHE), work selection criteria, work planning, norms estimating, procurement practices, business practices and controls, contractor interface awareness, development of job packs, etc.
- Skilled in scheduling work tasks to ensure efficient resource utilization, excellent coordination between operations (equipment readiness / permitting), material availability, construction equipment support, and labor crew (skills) composition and assignment.

Tasks and Responsibilities
In addition to Level 1 and 2 tasks and responsibilities, Level 3:

Job Title: Instrumentation and Controls Lead III

Main Functions
- Define scope of all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, assign workloads, review and implement standards/procedures including man hour estimating, cost estimating, budgeting, and progress reporting for Instrumentation scope for all phases of the project.
- Supports development and execution of centralized engineering services for existing upstream production operating units and new upstream capital projects to maintain safety availability and reliability of the instrument and control systems while optimizing cost.

Job Title: Drilling Logistics Lead III
Locations:ÂLagos, Akwa Ibom, Cross River and Rivers
Main Functions
- The Drilling Logistics Supervisor, as part of the Projects, Drilling & Exploration Procurement group, has overall responsibilities for providing logistical and materials management services.
- Manages the day-to-day logistical business, including, but not limited to, implementing logistics strategies, supervising drilling logistics contractor staff, material control functions, inventory management, and coordinating material movements to offshore or onshore rig locations.
- The drilling supervisor works under the day to day direction of the Drilling Operations Superintendent in-country, and is responsible to the Drilling Superintendent for functional matters.

In addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks, a Level 3 will:
- Receives Drilling Programs for each Rig / Well to determine / list equipment / tools / materials requirements according to Drilling Instructions / Equipment Allocations and ensures satisfying sites daily requirements.

- The Materials Management Engineer (MME) supports or leads the implementation of project materials purchasing and management.
- This may include maintaining responsibility and/or oversight for planning materials management strategies, purchasing, expediting, inspection, logistics, customs, as well as overseeing field materials management (transport, receipt, storage, maintenance, allocation, issuing, and scrap/surplus disposal) when assigned to a fabrication yard or construction site.

- Provide leadership to insure execution of job scope is done in a safe, environmentally sound and cost effective manner to support the long term reliability of the refinery.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Operations Turnaround Coordinator to validate value added, detailed job scopes. Ensure plans incorporate all learnings and archived plans from previous turnarounds.
- Utilize job scopes, subject matter experts, technical literature, equipment drawings, field visits, job safety aids, safety standards, etc. to develop detailed, safe, efficient job plans.
- Prepare job packages per a defined, detailed operating discipline utilizing SAP to sequence the jobs and order the materials.
- Complete a rigorous planning certification process, and as experience allows mentor other planners.

Become knowledgeable of ExxonMobil’s Turnaround Procedures
- Coordinate planning resources in accordance with turnaround specifications, cost estimates, schedules, safety requirement, quality requirements, various procedures, standards, practices, etc.
- Work with the Scheduler and execution to provide general coordination and monitor the progress of turnaround activities per the job plans and worklists
- Coordinate multi-craft job plans with other craft specific planners
- Update plans with any approved change orders and develops new plans that arise during the turnaround as requested by ExxonMobil
- Communicate daily with execution supervision during various phases of the turnaround to understand effectiveness of plan Analyze and recommend resolutions of work problems and execution in solving work problems
- Adjust plans with feedback from execution
- Walk down Job Packages and verify with prints and drawings
- Perform pre-start up safety review
- Create punchlists from pre-start up safety reviews
- Confirm with execution the progress of key turnaround milestones
- Develop detailed milestone plans and submits to scheduler

Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a closely related position

Main Functions
- Responsible for liaising with the Control Room Technician (CRT) and other Operations Technicians on job safety requirements to ensure understanding of the work objectives, safety, health, environmental, Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) and security concerns.
