Together Women Rise, our mission is to uplift and empower women and girls in underserved communities across the Global South through our Featured Grants Program.
This initiative offers financial support to organizations dedicated to enhancing their capabilities, expanding their programs, and launching new projects aimed at enhancing the well-being of women and girls who are confronted with systemic injustices. Each month, we shine a spotlight on a different organization or initiative, providing valuable resources for learning and showcasing them through our nationwide chapters, website, newsletters, and social media channels.

To be eligible for our grants, organizations must demonstrate a commitment to operating in low-income communities in the Global South for a minimum of three years, with annual operating expenses of at least $100,000. They must also showcase the direct impact of their programs on the lives of women and girls, with women holding key leadership positions within the organization.
We believe that access to quality healthcare, including comprehensive sexual and reproductive health services and education, is essential for achieving gender equality. That’s why we prioritize organizations that prioritize these crucial services in their work.
Our Featured Grants range from $35,000 to $50,000, disbursed over a 24-month period, with at least 12 grants awarded annually. Organizations with operating budgets of $100,000 or more are eligible to apply, with additional consideration given to those with budgets between $100,000 and $1 million for capacity-building grants.

Application portal opens on May 6, 2025, at 9 a.m. ET, with a deadline for submissions on June 6, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET. Approved grantees will be notified in November 2025, while notifications for unsuccessful applicants will be sent in December 2025.
