Requirements and Eligibility
To qualify for the MTN Graduate Skills Development Scheme 2025, applicants must meet the following requirements:

- First degree (minimum 2:1) or HND with Upper Credit in Engineering or related fields
- Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Telecommunications Engineering
