This program aims to empower the youth of Nigeria to demand accountability from their local government and become the next generation of leaders. By bringing together young men, women, and persons with disabilities, including civic actors, grassroots activists, and members of civil society, the fellowship will create a space for learning, growth, and community impact.

Participants in the fellowship will take part in a 2-day intensive bootcamp, followed by a 3-month leadership development program and a 3-month one-on-one mentorship experience. They will also have the opportunity to implement community-based civic action projects, putting their skills in civic engagement, advocacy, resource mobilization, and community organizing into practice.
