Job Title:  Fractionation Operator

Job Summary

  • The fractionation Operator ensures the production of high-quality vegetable oil products.
  • You are responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining the fractionation equipment while strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and housekeeping protocols.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular checks on equipment functionality and report any malfunctions or deviations from operational standards.
  • Operational Excellence: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistent product quality. Conduct routine checks on machinery, promptly reporting any malfunctions or abnormalities.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the Quality Control team to conduct routine quality checks on fractionated products, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer requirements. Development and implementation of quality assurance measures to enhance product quality and consistency.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintenance and calibration of refining equipment to ensure proper functionality and reliability, and Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly. The Person

  • National Diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications in food processing or related fields are a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fractionation operations within a vegetable oil processing plant or a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in operating fractionation equipment, understanding of process control systems, and ability to troubleshoot operational issues.

Plantation Operations & Crop Management:

Technical Skills:
