We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

Job Title: Cook

Locations:ÂLekki, Jakande, Chevron, Ikoyi and Ikota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • A Cook plans, prepares, and cooks food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers.
  • They help keep the kitchen organized and running efficiently.
  • They ensure proper food handling, sanitation and following food storage procedures.
  • Applicant must be able to work at night.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
  • 1 – 2 years work experience.
  • Good communication skills (Verbal and written).
  • Candidates must reside within Isand and its environment

 

 

Job Title: Frontliner (Cahier, Waiter, Server)

Locations:ÂLekki, Jakande, Ilasan, Ikota, Chevron, and Ikoyi plaza, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Greet customers and attend to customers.
  • Make suggestions based on their preferences.
  • Take and serve food/drink orders.
  • Up-sell when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND, OND or SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 – 3 years work experience.
  • Candidates must reside within Lekki, Jakande and its environment.

 

 

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location:ÂLagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Must have experience in food production
  • Carry out effective supervision of all production process in line with cGMP or standard requirements.
  • Plan and execute production activities to meet the target are met in volume.
  • Ensure wastages are reduced to the barest minimum percentage set by the management.
  • Carry out proper checks on all supplies i.e raw materials e.t.c to ensure they meet the specification given.
  • Carry our regular stock inventory to prevent stock out.
  • Give regular production report to the line Manager e.t.c.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc in Food Technology or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Ability to co-ordinate production process without supervision.
  • Ability to forecast production trends.
  • Attention to details.

Job Title: Grill Supervisor

Location:ÂLekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

DescriptionÂ

  • Lead and manage the lounge team, including servers, bartenders, and support staff.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Ensure staff adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, promotions, and events.
  • Greet and assist guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lounge, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure the lounge is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control of food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Assist with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Monitor sales, manage cash handling procedures, and reconcile daily transactions.
  • Support promotional activities and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the Lounge Manager and other departments (e.g., kitchen, security) to ensure seamless operations.

Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

Location:ÂChevron, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Be visible in the Front of house to address all customer issues and frontliner are always smiling and well-coordinated.
  • Effectively supervises subordinates to ensure that all required products are available in line with the product time-out schedule and are well presented for customers to see.
  • Proactively identify and resolves issues that could adversely affect product availability for display.
  • Ensure timely requisition of products to avoid outage.
  • Effectively supervises staff to prevent product or cash shortage
  • Enforce our standard operations procedure and supervises staff for compliance
  • Effectively supervises staff to ensure there are no shortages and if there are any shortages, carry out an investigation to identify the causes and resolve immediately.
  • Ensure equipment such as microwave, chillers, P.O.S, and computers are well handled by staff to prevent any damages that could affect smooth operations.
  • Submit required reports as at when due.
  • Ensure shift closing procedure is well observed by checking cash out from cashiers at the end of shifts, ensuring no trash is outside dumpster, turn off TV and/or music, dining area is swept, tables reset and chairs neatly arranged, turn off all light and doors are locked.

Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Hospitality or any related field.
  • 2 – 3 years of work experience in a QSR business.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Smart and proactiveness.
  • Candidates must reside within Festivals Mall and its environment
