MTN’s Global Graduate Development Program For Africans

MSME Africa is excited to announce the opportunity for young African graduates to apply for MTN’s Global Graduate Development Program. This program is designed to identify, nurture, and propel talented individuals from various regions in Africa and the Middle East into key roles within MTN. Through a combination of formal training with Duke Corporate Education and the MTN Academy, as well as hands-on experience through employment and placement in strategic positions, participants will embark on a journey of growth and development.

The program includes immersive learning experiences, digital platforms, and social media connections to enhance the learning process. Graduates will also have the opportunity to work within MTN’s operating companies, gaining valuable in-role experience, exposure to executive committees, and access to mentoring and coaching. This unique program not only offers tailored development opportunities but also provides a chance to contribute to the growth and impact of a company that is shaping the future of the continent.

Eligibility

  • Profile requirements: < 27 yrs old
  • Work rights: Qualification or study program requirements 65 %
  • Bachelor’s Degree, 30 Mar 2025, 15 Disciplines
  • Experience requirements: Full-time work, 25 months
